- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons each sugar, balsamic vinegar, fresh chopped basil and oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 9 cups cored chopped plum tomatoes
How To Make bruschetta in a jar

Step 1place all ingredients except tomatoes in pan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer covered 5 minutes.

Step 2Pack tomatoes in jars pour hot liquid over top. Process in waterbath 20 minutes.
