Ingredients

  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 c
    dry white wine
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    each sugar, balsamic vinegar, fresh chopped basil and oregano
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 9 c
    cored chopped plum tomatoes

How to Make Bruschetta in a Jar

Step-by-Step

  1. place all ingredients except tomatoes in pan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer covered 5 minutes.
  2. Pack tomatoes in jars pour hot liquid over top. Process in waterbath 20 minutes.
