ripe avocado
zest of one lime
juice of one lime

How to Make Avocado Lime Compound Butter


  • 1In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the zest and juice of the lime.
  • 2Stir in the butter until incorporated.
  • 3Roll up in plastic wrap, twist ends and freeze.
  • 4When ready for use, remove from freezer about 15 minutes before you need it, slice off rounds and add to whatever you want!
