yemini bisbas, khudra (spicy chili condiment)
I've mixed some with thick yogurt and used it as a sandwich spread in place of mayo, used it without mixing it without anything else on chicken and I'm thinking about adding some to the next loaf of bread I make.

Ingredients
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 - clove of garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1-2 - green chilis, more or less depending on taste
- 1 - dried chili
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon water

Step 1Blend all ingredients using an electric blender or by hand using a mortar and pestle.

Step 2Serve with yogurt on or with anything you wish.

Step 3Store in refrigerator for 3 days or freeze for up to several months.
