yemini bisbas, khudra (spicy chili condiment)

I've mixed some with thick yogurt and used it as a sandwich spread in place of mayo, used it without mixing it without anything else on chicken and I'm thinking about adding some to the next loaf of bread I make.

Ingredients

  • 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 - clove of garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1-2 - green chilis, more or less depending on taste
  • 1 - dried chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon water

How To Make yemini bisbas, khudra (spicy chili condiment)

  • Step 1
    Blend all ingredients using an electric blender or by hand using a mortar and pestle.
  • Step 2
    Serve with yogurt on or with anything you wish.
  • Step 3
    Store in refrigerator for 3 days or freeze for up to several months.
