There are as many ways to make this as there are cooks. This is my favorite but please feel free to add, remove or adjust as you like.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar or splenda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

How To Make ras el hanout - moroccan spice mix

  • Step 1
    Mix all the spices together.
  • Step 2
    Store in an airtight container.
