Great variation of salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 large red onion roughly chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium green peppers roughly chopped
  • 2 small jalapenos seeded and chopped
  • 1 1/2 pounds tomatillos husked and quartered
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro rough chop
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup sugar more or less to your taste

How To Make tomatillo salsa

  • Step 1
    Process red onion, garlic, green peppers, jalapenos, tomatillos and cilantro in batches in food processor.
  • Step 2
    Add salt, cumin, and sugar. Taste and adjust seasonings. Chill for 24 hours so flavors can marry.
