pineapple salsa

You can adjust the heat of this pineapple salsa by removing the seeds. I like this on my fish tacos.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This pineapple salsa is sweet, spicy, and tangy all at once. Cilantro adds its fresh flavor to this. The recipe does not make a huge amount, so it's nice if you're not serving a crowd. It can be eaten with tortilla chips. Or it will be delicious on top of baked fish, grilled chicken, or even spooned over fish tacos.
