Guasacaca (Avocado Salsa)

1large onion

1green pepper

1/2 cchopped tomatoe

1/4 cchopped parsley

How to Make Guasacaca (Avocado Salsa)
- Mash one of the avocados and place in a bowl. Stir in olive oil and vinegar. Chop other avocados and stir in.
- Finely chop onion and red and green pepper. Mince garlic. Add to avocados along with chopped tomatoes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste.
