Ingredients
- 4 - large, ripe avocados
- 1 - large onion
- 1 - green pepper
- 1 - red pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoe
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/3 can olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- - salt and pepper. to taste
- - hot sauce, to taste
How To Make guasacaca (avocado salsa)

Step 1Mash one of the avocados and place in a bowl. Stir in olive oil and vinegar. Chop other avocados and stir in.

Step 2Finely chop onion and red and green pepper. Mince garlic. Add to avocados along with chopped tomatoes.

Step 3Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste.
