Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds tomatillos, fresh
- 2 - fresno peppers
- 1 - habanero pepper, fresh
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar, sugar substitute can be used, adjust amt accordingly
- - **handful of cilantro
- - **couple squirts of lime juic
- - **salt to taste
- - **water
How To Make golden tomatillo salsa

Step 1Remove husks and wash tomatillos. Cut in half and lay on baking sheet. Add fresno and habanero. Place garlic, skin on inside a small piece of foil and fold foil in half.

Step 2Roast veggies under a low broiler for 7-10 min or until nice and charred.

Step 3Allow to cool, remove skins from garlic, place veggies in food processor, add sugar, lime juice and cilantro. Puree, add a little water to thin out if desired. Add salt to taste.
