    large sweet onion, chopped
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated ginger
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 6
    large firm peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh cilantro, chopped

How to Make Fresh Peach Salsa


  1. Saute onion, jalapeno, sugar, and ginger in hot olive oil over medium heat 5 minutes until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in peaches, lemon juice, salt and cilantro and cook 5 minutes, stirring gently.
  3. Serve warm or at room temperature. Stir in refrigerator up to 2 days.
