large sweet onion, chopped
jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 c
2 Tbsp
grated ginger
2 Tbsp
olive oil
large firm peaches, peeled and chopped
1/4 c
lemon juice
2 Tbsp
fresh cilantro, chopped

How to Make Fresh Peach Salsa


  • 1Saute onion, jalapeno, sugar, and ginger in hot olive oil over medium heat 5 minutes until onion is tender.
  • 2Stir in peaches, lemon juice, salt and cilantro and cook 5 minutes, stirring gently.
  • 3Serve warm or at room temperature. Stir in refrigerator up to 2 days.
