Ingredients
- 1 - large sweet onion, chopped
- 1 - jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 - large firm peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
How To Make fresh peach salsa

Step 1Saute onion, jalapeno, sugar, and ginger in hot olive oil over medium heat 5 minutes until onion is tender.

Step 2Stir in peaches, lemon juice, salt and cilantro and cook 5 minutes, stirring gently.

Step 3Serve warm or at room temperature. Stir in refrigerator up to 2 days.
