Ingredients

  • 1 - large sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 - jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 - large firm peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

How To Make fresh peach salsa

  • Step 1
    Saute onion, jalapeno, sugar, and ginger in hot olive oil over medium heat 5 minutes until onion is tender.
  • Step 2
    Stir in peaches, lemon juice, salt and cilantro and cook 5 minutes, stirring gently.
  • Step 3
    Serve warm or at room temperature. Stir in refrigerator up to 2 days.
