Ingredients
- 3 medium ripe avacados
- 1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dash hot sauce
- - tortilla chips
How To Make fresh guacamole

Step 1Cut avacados in half, legnthwise; remove seeds. Scoop out avacado out of shells.

Step 2Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add avacado. top with cover; process until smooth.

Step 3Combine avacado puree with remaining ingredients except torilla chips in a medium bowl. Blend well. Chill.

Step 4serve with tortilla chips. Yield 3 1/2 cups.

Step 5You can blend this in a mixing bowl with electric mixer on high speed if you don't have a food processor. I just throw all the ingredients into the bowls and mix until the guac is smooth and creamy.
