My family just loves fresh guacamole and so do I. Its one of our favorite snacks. Enjoy!

3 medium
ripe avacados
1 small
tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 c
1/4 c
sliced green onions
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 clove
garlic, minced
1/4 tsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
1/8 tsp
1 dash(es)
hot sauce
tortilla chips

How to Make Fresh Guacamole


  • 1Cut avacados in half, legnthwise; remove seeds. Scoop out avacado out of shells.
  • 2Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add avacado. top with cover; process until smooth.
  • 3Combine avacado puree with remaining ingredients except torilla chips in a medium bowl. Blend well. Chill.
  • 4serve with tortilla chips. Yield 3 1/2 cups.
  • 5You can blend this in a mixing bowl with electric mixer on high speed if you don't have a food processor. I just throw all the ingredients into the bowls and mix until the guac is smooth and creamy.
