My family just loves fresh guacamole and so do I. Its one of our favorite snacks. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe avacados
  • 1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • - tortilla chips

How To Make fresh guacamole

  • Step 1
    Cut avacados in half, legnthwise; remove seeds. Scoop out avacado out of shells.
  • Step 2
    Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add avacado. top with cover; process until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Combine avacado puree with remaining ingredients except torilla chips in a medium bowl. Blend well. Chill.
  • Step 4
    serve with tortilla chips. Yield 3 1/2 cups.
  • Step 5
    You can blend this in a mixing bowl with electric mixer on high speed if you don't have a food processor. I just throw all the ingredients into the bowls and mix until the guac is smooth and creamy.
