cranberry salsa for turkey quesadillas

A different way to use leftover cranberry sauce and turkey.

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce (or 1 3/4 cups homemade)
  • 1-8.5 oz. can pears, drained and chopped into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 - jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro

How To Make cranberry salsa for turkey quesadillas

  • Step 1
    Break up cranberry sauce in a bowl. (Can also microwave on very low setting for about one minute.)
  • Step 2
    Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve with quesadillas made from your leftover turkey .
