  • 1 can(s)
    whole berry cranberry sauce (or 1 3/4 cups homemade)
  • 1-8.5 oz. can(s)
    pears, drained and chopped into small pieces
  • 1/4 c
    celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 2
    jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon or lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh chopped cilantro

How to Make Cranberry Salsa for Turkey Quesadillas


  1. Break up cranberry sauce in a bowl. (Can also microwave on very low setting for about one minute.)
  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve with quesadillas made from your leftover turkey .
