Ingredients
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce (or 1 3/4 cups homemade)
- 1-8.5 oz. can pears, drained and chopped into small pieces
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 - jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
How To Make cranberry salsa for turkey quesadillas

Step 1Break up cranberry sauce in a bowl. (Can also microwave on very low setting for about one minute.)

Step 2Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve with quesadillas made from your leftover turkey .
