Ingredients

1 can(s)
whole berry cranberry sauce (or 1 3/4 cups homemade)
1-8.5 oz. can(s)
pears, drained and chopped into small pieces
1/4 c
celery, finely chopped
1/2 c
red onion, finely chopped
2
jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
3/4 tsp
cumin
1 Tbsp
lemon or lime juice
1 Tbsp
fresh chopped cilantro

How to Make Cranberry Salsa for Turkey Quesadillas

Step-by-Step

  • 1Break up cranberry sauce in a bowl. (Can also microwave on very low setting for about one minute.)
  • 2Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve with quesadillas made from your leftover turkey .
