Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1 medium green pepper (chopped)
- 1 medium red pepper (chopped)
- 1 medium orange or yellow pepper (chopped)
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 medium lime
- 1 serrano or jalapeno pepper (finely chopped)
How To Make corn salsa

Step 1Drain corn and pour into a large mixing bowl. Add chopped onion.

Step 2Add chopped peppers. Add chopped, or shredded, the desired amount of cilantro to bowl.

Step 3Season with sea salt. Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Squeeze 1/2 lime over mixture. Add finely chopped serrano or jalapeno pepper and mix throughly into salsa. -
