Ingredients For corn salsa

1 canwhole kernel corn

1/2 cred onion (chopped)

1 mdgreen pepper (chopped)

1 mdred pepper (chopped)

1 mdorange or yellow pepper (chopped)

1 bunchcilantro, fresh

1 tspsea salt (or to taste)

1 to 2 Tbspwhite balsamic vinegar

1 to 2 Tbspolive oil

1/2 mdlime

1serrano or jalapeno pepper (finely chopped)
How To Make corn salsa

1Drain corn and pour into a large mixing bowl. Add chopped onion.

2Add chopped peppers. Add chopped, or shredded, the desired amount of cilantro to bowl.

3Season with sea salt. Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Squeeze 1/2 lime over mixture. Add finely chopped serrano or jalapeno pepper and mix throughly into salsa. -
