whole kernel corn
1/2 c
red onion (chopped)
1 medium
green pepper (chopped)
1 medium
red pepper (chopped)
1 medium
orange or yellow pepper (chopped)
1 bunch
cilantro, fresh
1 tsp
sea salt (or to taste)
1 to 2 Tbsp
white balsamic vinegar
1 to 2 Tbsp
olive oil
1/2 medium
serrano or jalapeno pepper (finely chopped)

How to Make Corn Salsa


  • 1Drain corn and pour into a large mixing bowl.
    Add chopped onion.
  • 2Add chopped peppers.
    Add chopped, or shredded, the desired amount of cilantro to bowl.
  • 3Season with sea salt.
    Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
    Squeeze 1/2 lime over mixture.
    Add finely chopped serrano or jalapeno pepper and mix throughly into salsa. -
