  • 1 1/4 c
    black beans
  • 1 1/4 c
    white corn
  • 3/4 c
    red onion, diced
  • 3/4 c
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c
    parsley, flat leaf chopped

How to Make Black Bean & White Corn Salsa


  1. Combine all ingredients except for parsley and mix well. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Bring to room temperature and add parsley.
