black olives, sliced, drained
1 medium
red bell pepper, chopped
1 small
onion, chopped
5 clove
garlic, minced
1/3 c
olive oil
1/4 c
lemon juice
3 Tbsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
4 medium
avocados, chopped

How to Make Avocado Salsa


  • 1In a large bowl, combine corn, red pepper and onion.
  • 2In a small bowl, combine garlic, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour over corn mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
  • 3Just before serving: stir in chopped avocado into salsa.
