  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 cup minced green onion
  • 1/8 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 - jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced tomato

    Combine all ingredients, cover, and let sit in refrigerator for at least an hour so all the flavors develop before serving.
