    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 tsp
    spanish paprika
  • 1 tsp
    ancho chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    chili de arbol

How to Make Texas "Grillin" Rub


  1. Stir all spices together.
  2. Rub on meat and let rest for 30 minutes prior to grilling or smoking.
