tequila triple sec zesty peach bbq sauce
This recipe was altered by me. I added the Tequila and Triple Sec you don't have to use them and the BBQ sauce is still great. I love the way the alcohol amps up the flavor.

Ingredients
- 6 cups peeled pitted chopped peaches
- 1 cup red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 6 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 1/4 cups honey
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons each red pepper flakes, dry mustard, and salt
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1/2 cup triple sec

Step 1Chop the peaches, red bell pepper, onion and garlic in food processor.

Step 2Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer gently for 25 minutes.

Step 3Ladle into 6 8oz. jars and process in water bath for 15 minutes
