Ingredients

7fluid ounces of mayonaise
-
3 Tbspcapers - drained & chopped
-
3 Tbspsmall gherkins - drained & chopped
-
3 Tbspfreshly chopped parsley
-
·a squeeze of lemon juice
-
·freshly ground salt & pepper to season
How to Make Tartare Sauce
- To chop the capers and gherkins I used the nut chopper attachment for my hand blender.
- Mix everything together in a bowl and spoon into a sterilised jar. Cool in fridge for about an hour before first serving.
- Will store for a couple of months in the fridge once the jar is opened.
