tartare sauce
The Man is a stickler for sauces with every meal. He goes through a huge amount of tartare sauce, apple sauce, onion relish etc... So making my own is a must.

Ingredients
- 7 - fluid ounces of mayonaise
- 3 tablespoons capers - drained & chopped
- 3 tablespoons small gherkins - drained & chopped
- 3 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
- - a squeeze of lemon juice
- - freshly ground salt & pepper to season
How To Make tartare sauce

Step 1To chop the capers and gherkins I used the nut chopper attachment for my hand blender.

Step 2Mix everything together in a bowl and spoon into a sterilised jar. Cool in fridge for about an hour before first serving.

Step 3Will store for a couple of months in the fridge once the jar is opened.
