Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup each yellow mustard and apple cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup each lemon juice, a1 steak sauce, molasses, and honey
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 large onion chopped
- 8 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 small chili pepper seeded and chopped
How To Make tamarind bbq sauce

Step 1Mix first 13 ingredients together and set aside.

Step 2Add oil to pan and saute the onions, garlic, and chili pepper until onions are caramelized. Add in sauce mix. Bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Strain out solids. Place in jars and process in water bath for 15 min.
