Ingredients
- 8 cups strawberries hulled
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup strawberry perserves
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 - chipotle chili in adobo
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 - inch piece ginger sliced
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup cilantro fresh chopped
How To Make roasted strawberry chipotle bbq sauce

Step 1Place strawberries in a single layer on baking sheet and roast at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 2Combine all ingredients except cilantro on stovetop and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 3Add cilantro and puree in food processor. Process in boiling water bath 15 minutes. Make 5 half pint jars.
