Ingredients
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice, +more if needed
- 1 clove garlice, mashed
- - salt
- 5 ounces canola oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoon preserved lemon, finely chopped
How To Make preserved lemon aioli

Step 1In a medium bowl, whisk together yolk, lemon juice, garlic and salt. While whisking, add canola oil a few drops at a time. When it turns foamy and starts to thicken, start pouring oil in a stream. Once canola oil is incorporated; slowly whisk in the olive oil.

Step 2Add 1 TBS preserved lemon, mix in and taste. Adjust with more lemon juice, preserved lemon and salt as desired.
