Ingredients

  • 8 - pork tenderloin medallions(2inches thick)/chop can be used also
  • 1/2 - onion (sliced thin)
  • 2 - apples, granny smith (peeled and sliced thin)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup ( use the real stuff, its way better)
  • pinch pepper

How To Make pork tenderloin

  • Step 1
    Put heat on Med to med/high and add butter and olive oil in a fry pan. When hot place the pork in and sear till brown. There should be lovely brown bits at the bottom of the pan.
  • Step 2
    Add onions and apples and cook till they are just tender. The brown bits at the bottom will come off and add extra flavor to the dish.
  • Step 3
    Add the vinegars and maple syrup and cook (about 5-7min till it reduces. mmmmmmm enjoy
