Ingredients
- 1 gallon plums
- 1 quart water
- 2 pounds sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cloves
How To Make plum catsup

Step 1Wash and drain plums. Cover with water and cook slowly until tender; press through sieve, rubbing through as much pulp as possible.

Step 2To the plums add sugar and seasonings. Simmer and when the consistency of catsup, put into jars or bottles.
