How to Make Pesto
- Combine half of the basil, cheese, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor. Process until thoroughly chopped and blended.
- Add half of the oil and blend until mixture becomes a paste. Add the remaining ingredients and continue to blend until completely mixed and it resembles a fairly smooth paste.
- Use 1-2 Tbsp per plate of hot cooked pasta. Season to taste. Enjoy! Makes a little over a cup of pesto sauce.
