Home made pesto is so much better than the prepared kind, though there are some good brands. Someone gave me quite a bit of fresh basil from their garden, and so I made this pesto sauce for dinner. It's easy to make and delicious!

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin oilive oil

Combine half of the basil, cheese, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor. Process until thoroughly chopped and blended.
