my homemade alfredo sauce
I am mostly posting this just so that I have a copy in my receipe file. I don't mean to copy anyone else if they have anything close to this receipe as there are alot out there. But this does taste very yummy. I'm going to start posting some of my individual pizza receipes soon as we are going to start doing 7 inch pizzas here at our restaurant.

Ingredients
- 1 quart heavy whipping cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 package kraft shredded parmesan, romano and asiago cheeses
How To Make my homemade alfredo sauce
-
Step 1I used a double boiler pan as I didn't want to chance burning it.
-
Step 2Put cut up butter, cut up cream cheese and whipping cream in top pan. Put water in bottom pan. Heat to simmering until melted and smooth.
-
Step 3Add parmesaun cheese mix. Stir and heat until melted and mixed in. Use immediately or let cool before you put away.
