drive inn hot dog chili
There use to be a drive Inn in WV. The original owners son didn’t appreciate me using the name so I’ve changed the title. His loss not mine. Theirs is now a legacy that will be lost as he says he has the only copy of the original. It another of the West Virginia Hot Dog Chili recipes. Make sure you add slaw, onions and mustard to the hot dog to make it a true West Virginia original, and to make people believe you are a true hillbilly. I'm very sure you can freeze any left overs you would have.
