Ingredients

2 cups sifted confections sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 egg whites (very fresh only please) 2 cups light corn syrup 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Step-by-Step

  • 1In large bowl, beat egg whites,
    Beat until thick.
    Add syrup and salt.
    Beat again.
    At low speed, add confectioners sugar.
    Add vanilla extract and beat until blended.
  • 2will last up to two weeks in the frig
    or a month in the freezer. just remember to stir before use.
