  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

How To Make green enchilada sauce

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except the cilantro.
  • Step 2
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils and thickens.
  • Step 3
    Add the cilantro after removing from heat.
