How to Make Ed's Buffalo wings and Sauce!

Step-by-Step

  1. In a non-stick pan melt the butter then add the hot sauce,Tabasco or Sriracha sauce, cider vinegar and bring to a simmer. Whisk in the roux then slowly whisk in the water until all is dissolved and well incorporated, smooth.
  2. I brine mine overnight in salted water, parboil them for 10 minutes, drain and pat dry with paper towels then dust them with seasoned flour, bake them in a 450 oven for 25-30 minutes or until crisp. If you want you can flip them over 5-10 minutes before the finish to get a crust on the other side,I didn't bother.
  3. Put the wings in a large mixing bowl, toss with the sauce to coat evenly, serve with blue cheese dressing, carrot and celery sticks. Enjoy!! :)
