Ingredients

1 largeshallot diced

4 clovegarlic minced
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 cdry red wine
-
8 ozbeef demi glace
How to Make Demi Glace Wine Sauce
- Heat a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon butter. Saute the shallot and garlic for 1 min. Add wine and reduce by half. Add demi glace and heat through. Stir in remaining tbsp. of butter. Serve over steaks, or roasts.
