demi glace wine sauce
This is a rich beef sauce that tastes great over steak. If I don't have demi glace I use beef broth with Knorr's homestyle bouillon and it is just as good. Adding mushrooms is good too.

Ingredients
- 1 large shallot diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 8 ounces beef demi glace
How To Make demi glace wine sauce

Step 1Heat a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon butter. Saute the shallot and garlic for 1 min. Add wine and reduce by half. Add demi glace and heat through. Stir in remaining tbsp. of butter. Serve over steaks, or roasts.
