Ingredients
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup rasins - golden seedless
- 3 - apples, granny smith
- 1 - orange rind grated
- 1 - lemon rind grated
- 1/2 cup ginger, crystallized, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes, dried, restaurant type
- 1 cup water
- 2 bags cranberries, 12 oz bag each
How To Make cranberry fruit relish

Step 1With a pair of scissors, cut the apricots and ginger in very small slivers and reserve

Step 2Peel, core, and dice apples.

Step 3Place rasins, apples, apricots, brown sugar, cranberries, and water into a large sauce pan and simmer till cranberries are tender

Step 4Then add the lemon rind, orange rind, ginger and pepper flakes to the hot mixture and cool.

Step 5This will keep well in refrigerator for a week and freezes very well in freezer containers. Try adding some on apple pie or apple dessert.
