Ingredients For chopped egg sauce

3 Tbspbutter

2 Tbspflour

2 cwhole milk

1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

4hard boiled eggs, chopped
How To Make chopped egg sauce

1Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat

2Stir in flour increasing heat until mixture bubbles gently

3Cook 2 minutes

4Remove pan from heat, add milk and stir, return to heat stirring constantly

5Stir until mixture comes to a boil

6Reduce heat to medium, stirring constantly adding more milk if mixture becomes too thick

7Season with salt and pepper, add eggs and mix.
