Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
How To Make chopped egg sauce

Step 1Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat

Step 2Stir in flour increasing heat until mixture bubbles gently

Step 3Cook 2 minutes

Step 4Remove pan from heat, add milk and stir, return to heat stirring constantly

Step 5Stir until mixture comes to a boil

Step 6Reduce heat to medium, stirring constantly adding more milk if mixture becomes too thick

Step 7Season with salt and pepper, add eggs and mix.
