Ingredients

3 Tbsp
jack daniel's tennessee whiskey
3 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2 tsp
garlic salt
2 tsp
chili powder
1 1/2 lb
ground sirloin
6 slice
pepper jack cheese
6 slice
bacon, cooked
6
hamburger buns, buttered

How to Make Chili Jack Burgers

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine the whiskey, Worcestershire, garlic salt, and chili powder in a small mixing bowl.
  • 2Place the ground sirloin in a large missing bowl and add 3 tablespoons of the sauce. Blend well with your hands and form into 6 patties.
  • 3Sear the patties about 5 minutes per side over medium-high heat. Baste both sides with the remaining sauce and grill until the burgers are cooked to your liking.
  • 4During the last minutes of cooking top each burger with cheese and bacon, and lightly toast the buns.
