Chili Jack burgers are wonderful with melted pepper jack cheese and fresh tomato salsa.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons jack daniel's tennessee whiskey
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin
  • 6 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked
  • 6 - hamburger buns, buttered

How To Make chili jack burgers

  • Step 1
    Combine the whiskey, Worcestershire, garlic salt, and chili powder in a small mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    Place the ground sirloin in a large missing bowl and add 3 tablespoons of the sauce. Blend well with your hands and form into 6 patties.
  • Step 3
    Sear the patties about 5 minutes per side over medium-high heat. Baste both sides with the remaining sauce and grill until the burgers are cooked to your liking.
  • Step 4
    During the last minutes of cooking top each burger with cheese and bacon, and lightly toast the buns.
