- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3/4 cup cabernet sauvignon
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 package knorr's homestyle concentrated beef stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon browning sauce like gravy master
How To Make cabernet sauce

Step 1Heat butter in skillet and add flour to make a roux and cook 1 minute.

Step 2Add the cabernet, beef broth, and beef stock. Let simmer and reduce by half stirring occassionally

Step 3Add heavy cream and butter whisking constantly. Stir in browning sauce. Serve over meat
