Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 6 - egg yolks
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How To Make blender hollandaise

Step 1Melt butter to almost boiling, 2 min. on high in the microwave, should be bubbling. Place yolks, lemon juice and cayenne in blender and process on high for 30 seconds. While the blender is still running pour the butter in a thin stream. Process on high for 30 seconds or until thick.
