You can leave out the hot sauce if you would rather not have any heat to the sauce. Or replace it with 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper. The sauce should thicken a little as it simmers. The flavors blend better together if it simmers for at least 10-15 minutes.

- 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Step 2Heat over medium until bubbling, then reduce to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Whisk periodically to ensure it's not burning or sticking to the bottom of the pan.
