Great glaze for chicken, pork or shrimp. Can use as a marinade. I love to marinade shrimp in this and then grill them basting with the sauce

Ingredients For maple bourbon glaze

  • 6 oz
    tomato paste
  • 1 c
    jim beam bourbon
  • 1/2 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 c
    dark brown sugar
  • 1 c
    maple syrup
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    molasses
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tsp
    each, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and cumin

How To Make maple bourbon glaze

  • 1
    Whisk all ingredients together in saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Let reduce by half.

    To keep ladle in jars and water bath for 15 minutes or refrigerate.
