Great glaze for chicken, pork or shrimp. Can use as a marinade. I love to marinade shrimp in this and then grill them basting with the sauce

Ingredients
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 cup jim beam bourbon
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 teaspoons each, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and cumin
How To Make maple bourbon glaze

Step 1Whisk all ingredients together in saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Let reduce by half.

Step 2To keep ladle in jars and water bath for 15 minutes or refrigerate.
