  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh curly parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

How To Make herbes de provence

  • Step 1
    Mix all herbs with olive oil
  • Step 2
    one hour prior to cooking, coat the surface of the meat with the mixture.
  • Step 3
    Before roasting, season all over with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
