Ingredients

  • 4 lb
    pork spare ribs
  • 1 can(s)
    (12 ounces) budweiser
  • 1/2 c
    texas honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Bud with Ribs

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut ribs into 2 rib sections. Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow glass or ceramic baking dish. Add ribs and cover with plastic wrap.
  2. Marinate in refrigerator for at 24 hours, turning and basting occasionally.
  3. Arrange ribs in a single layer in a large baking pan, reserve marinade.

    Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, turning once and basting frequently with marinade.

    NOTE: Needless to say, you should also have a case of ice cold Budweiser to go with the ribs.
