Ingredients

  • 4 pounds pork spare ribs
  • 1 can (12 ounces) budweiser
  • 1/2 cup texas honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make bud with ribs

  • Step 1
Cut ribs into 2 rib sections. Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow glass or ceramic baking dish. Add ribs and cover with plastic wrap.
  • Step 2
Marinate in refrigerator for at 24 hours, turning and basting occasionally.
  • Step 3
Arrange ribs in a single layer in a large baking pan, reserve marinade. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, turning once and basting frequently with marinade. NOTE: Needless to say, you should also have a case of ice cold Budweiser to go with the ribs.
