How to Make Bud with Ribs
- Cut ribs into 2 rib sections. Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow glass or ceramic baking dish. Add ribs and cover with plastic wrap.
- Marinate in refrigerator for at 24 hours, turning and basting occasionally.
- Arrange ribs in a single layer in a large baking pan, reserve marinade.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, turning once and basting frequently with marinade.
NOTE: Needless to say, you should also have a case of ice cold Budweiser to go with the ribs.
