Ingredients
- 1 bag black beans (the asian style, not frijoles)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 medium ginger
- 2 stalks scallions
How To Make black bean sauce

Step 1Rinse beans , soak them a little

Step 2Peel ginger and garlic

Step 3Chop scallions

Step 4Mash mash mash. Everything together If it's thick add broth to thin

Step 5You can fry the scallions , ginger, garlic before mashing a little oill

Step 6This sauce is used with stir frys ......veggies , meats fish yes tofu. Also in savory paste like mixtures; we use the mixes in something we call baos. But my personal favorite…the real reason I came up w this recipe, is mapo tofu. love it! & hold to your hats & seats, the kids love it, the tofu dish is also their favorite. Warning it is a spicy asian dish made with cayenne type peppers. HOT hot hot
