Most recipes I develop come out of little bits of other recipes Ive made. I love marinades and I love the crockpot. This was a perfect solution to both! It is great on baked chicken, beef and pork roasts and to keep pork chops moist while baking.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegarette dressing
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 can diced tomatoes, fire roasted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
How To Make balsamic sauce

Step 1Combine all ingredients. Use to marinate and when cooking beef, pork and chicken. Pour over pork and beef roasts and chicken when cooking in crockpot and in the oven.
