Really good doesn't taste of wine is so subtle. Easy to make great canning gift. For the strawberry juice i used fresh strawberries and let them drip through a jelly bag and it tastes great.

Ingredients

1 cup white ziinfadel or sutterhomes strawberry wine
1 cup fresh strawberry juice
3 cups sugar
3 ounces liquid pectin

How To Make strawberry wine jelly

Step 1

Mix wine,juice and sugar together and bring to a boil. Add pectin and slow boil for 15 minutes. Skimming foam. Ladle into jars and process in water bath for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Makes 4 half pint jars
