I was never a fan of cranberry sauce UNTIL I decided to make my own. It's quick. It's easy and it's always a winner!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz
    cranberries, fresh
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    sugar, granulated
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp
    orange zest (optional but recommended)

How to Make Quick and Easy Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil. Allow to boil at high for 1 minute, turn heat down to medium and continue to boil, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
