Ingredients
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 - onions, chopped
- 3 - cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 - tbsp.flour
- 2 cups reduced-sodium chocken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make onion gravy

Step 1In large pan, heat 1/3 cup of oil over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. of pepper and cook, stirring frequently, until soft and browned, about 35 min. Add the flour; cook, stirring constantly, for 2 min. Add 1/2 a cup of broth and cook, stirring, until thickened. Add the remaining 1 1/2 cup broth and bring to a boil. lower heat and simmer 5 min.
