my swedish gravy
I came up with this recipe because we love meatballs, meatloaf…any meat grind and ground. This I use for Swedish noodles with meatballs

Ingredients
- - drippings from frying meatballs --as much as you can but all if you can
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk or cream
How To Make my swedish gravy

Step 1Make you rue melted butter and flour. Set aside

Step 2Take your drippings add milk make it equal 1 cup. 3/4 is ok

Step 3Add drippings and rue mix together.

Step 4Reheat gently -- low/ med low heat stir slow and constant

Step 5Add mushrooms and onions

Step 6Make it special: Add onion soup mix Add Worcester sauce Add brown sugar Add honey Add italian dressing
