- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
How To Make mustard gravy

Step 1In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.

Step 2Stir in milk and bring to a boil. Boil and stir for one minute.

Step 3Stir in mustard until heated through. Serve warm.
