Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons prepared mustard

How To Make mustard gravy

  • Step 1
    In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
  • Step 2
    Stir in milk and bring to a boil. Boil and stir for one minute.
  • Step 3
    Stir in mustard until heated through. Serve warm.
