How To Make mustard gravy

1In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.

2Stir in milk and bring to a boil. Boil and stir for one minute.

3Stir in mustard until heated through. Serve warm.
