broth gravy
This is how my Mom made gravy growing up and it was always delicious! The gravy in the picture was made from a roast chicken, but you can make it with any roast meat.

How To Make broth gravy
-
Step 1Drain broth off of roasted meat into a sauce pan. For every 1 cup of broth, mix together 2 Tbsp. flour with 1/4 cup water into a very smooth paste, stir all the lumps out of the paste with a fork, (do not add to broth until very, very smooth) When flour paste is smooth enough, add it to meat broth and stir with a wire wisk over medium-high heat until thickened. Salt to taste.
