Ingredients

4 1/2 cbroth (add water or canned broth to broth from cooked meat)

5 Tbspflour

3 Tbspcorn starch
How to Make Basic Gravy
- Heat broth to almost boiling.
- Remove 1/2 cup of broth and add 1/2 cup water. Stir into flour/cornstarch mixture. Blend until smooth.
- Through a small strainer to remove any lumps, pour mix back into broth, stirring constantly.
- Cook and stir until thick.
