How to Make Basic Gravy


  1. Heat broth to almost boiling.
  2. Remove 1/2 cup of broth and add 1/2 cup water. Stir into flour/cornstarch mixture. Blend until smooth.
  3. Through a small strainer to remove any lumps, pour mix back into broth, stirring constantly.
  4. Cook and stir until thick.
