Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups broth (add water or canned broth to broth from cooked meat)
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
How To Make basic gravy

Step 1Heat broth to almost boiling.

Step 2Remove 1/2 cup of broth and add 1/2 cup water. Stir into flour/cornstarch mixture. Blend until smooth.

Step 3Through a small strainer to remove any lumps, pour mix back into broth, stirring constantly.

Step 4Cook and stir until thick.
