- 1 tablespoon each - brown sugar & granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 1/4 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract - optional

Step 1Place all ingredients in a saucepan, cook and stir until sauce boils & thickens. Cool, then server over ice cream or cake, or anything else you can think of... Yummy! Serving later over ice cream.
