spanish onions- (finely chopped)

habanero chiles- (minced)
12 clove
garlic, (finely chopped)

apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 c
packed light brown sugar
4 Tbsp
grated fresh ginger
salt

How to Make Mango-Habanero Sauce

Step-by-Step

  • 1Reduce heat to medium and stir in vinegar, brown sugar, and ginger. Add salt to taste. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.
  • 2Remove from heat and add sauce to blender or food processor. Pulse for a few minutes until sauce has thinned out.
